Roman Ostapenko was born on 15 November 1982 in Voronezh, Russian Federation. Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (2009). Since 2005 – Lecturer at Voronezh State Pedagogical University. From 2015 to 2018, Head of the Editorial and Publishing Centre, Deputy Director of the Voronezh State Industrial Humanities College. More than 100 scientific works (scientific articles, abstracts of reports) have been published in total.
